How paying works
Checkout on ulmarqen.com runs on Shopify's hosted checkout. Your card details go to the payment processor and are never seen or stored by us.
Ways to pay
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. They depend on your country and can include major credit and debit cards and express wallets.
Currency
Prices are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add its own fee.
Encryption
Every page of the site and the checkout are served over HTTPS, so what you enter is encrypted between your browser and the server.
When you are charged
Payment is taken when you place your order. We pack and dispatch once payment has gone through.
Fraud checks
Orders pass through the payment processor's automated fraud checks. Occasionally one is held for a manual check; if that happens to yours, we email you before anything is dispatched.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. How long they take to appear depends on your bank. The Refund policy sets out when a refund applies.
Duties and taxes
Import duties or taxes may be charged when a parcel enters your country, including the United States. They are not part of our prices and, if charged, are collected by the carrier.
